BENEFICIAL FLY ELIMINATORS USE FLIES PUPAE  AS FOOD

Beneficial fly eliminators are tiny, wasp like insects that eat flymily, they do not sting or  pupae (the developing fly). Though they are members of the wasp fabite. In undisturbed natural environment, this natural enemy of the filth breeding flies  keeps the fly population in check. These insects are members of the Chalcididae family, a family that contains many of the world's beneficial insects. They destroy the pest flies in the pupal stage by eating the papae and lay their eggs inside of the papae as part of their own reproductiove cycle, and when the little parasites' eggs hatch inside, they eat the fly papae then emerge in about a few weeks as adults to start the cycle all over again. Neat, clean and effective! They are shipped to you inside the pupae of the pest flies ready for application. Fly parasites live on manure and other fly-breeding areas to destroy the pest flies at their source. They are only adapded to the pest flies never becoming pests themselves. Very difficult to see since they are so small. Becoming active at night and hiding during the day.

Once the pest fly has hatched to adult from the papae stage these beneficial parasites cannot do anything to rid them. This is where tapes, traps, etc come into play to get to the adult flies.
